Our company is looking for a Incident Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate to affected parties at all times including Engineering, Customer Support and the rest of the business;
  • Work with engineering teams to establish, measure and monitor Service Level Objectives and Service Level Indicators across all of our products;
  • Continuously refine our management process including our incident priority model;
  • Be the point of contact for priority incidents with the responsibility for a reliable and consistent SLA achievement;
  • Ensure that problem root causes are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must have 4 years of Operations Management or Incident Management experience;
  • Strong knowledge with ITIL/ITSM;
  • Good understanding of ICT infrastructure.
