Incident Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Incident Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate to affected parties at all times including Engineering, Customer Support and the rest of the business;
- Work with engineering teams to establish, measure and monitor Service Level Objectives and Service Level Indicators across all of our products;
- Continuously refine our management process including our incident priority model;
- Be the point of contact for priority incidents with the responsibility for a reliable and consistent SLA achievement;
- Ensure that problem root causes are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must have 4 years of Operations Management or Incident Management experience;
- Strong knowledge with ITIL/ITSM;
- Good understanding of ICT infrastructure.
