- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential;
- Excellent interpersonal ability;
- Detail orientated with a flair for being organised and meticulous;
- Ability to prioritize project workload effectively;
- Demonstrated skills in developing, managing and evaluating financial and administrative plans and policies;
- High ethics and a personal commitment to transparency and accountability;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Tagalog;
- Experience working with government and/or contractors;
- 7 years’ experience, which at least five (5) years in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in an international environment (NGO or Company);
- Program/Project Management (PMP/PMI / CSM Highly Preferred).
