Senior Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define requirements via user interviews, business drivers, competitive analysis and research;
- Develop product documentation including specifications, user flows etc;
- Develop customer service team to support customer onboarding, and address T&S concerns;
- Own the product KPI dashboard; set goals and monitor progress; initiate corrective action where necessary;
- Drive customer research and translate insights into action;
- Stakeholder management, particularly in-country and platform partners;
- Work with GTM team to launch in multiple countries;
- Identify and understand customer problems; prioritise features and tasks; build consensus around product roadmap;
- Work with Marketing/PR to optimise customer acquisition and conversion;
- Develop end-to-end UX; test and iterate;
- Work with the Marketing team to develop acquisition, growth and engagement strategies;
- Understand market and competitive trends; monitor key industry developments.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding and inherent implementation of Agile principles;
- Fast and accurate decision making;
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of feed production methods;
- Good Project Management skills;
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial plants;
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves;
- Experience using Scrum/Agile software development methodologies;
- Experience with SQL a plus;
- Ability to work in high visibility, high stakes and fast-paced environment;
- 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in product management and operational experience in online platforms/ecommerce environments;
- Strong communication skills, organized and logical thinking skills;
- Ability to implement, drive and monitor strategy and focus on continuous improvement;
- Strong financial skills;
- Knowledge of aspects of Poultry Nutrition;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
