Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Our company is looking for a Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hygiene and Safety which includes the management of the overall store hygiene and implementation of the company’s safety regulations;
  • Achieving Store Profitability by monitoring efficiencies and ensuring the pricing of goods is correct;
  • Stock Management which includes ordering, receiving of stock, stock rotation, stock takes and ensuring that the quality of stock is never compromised;
  • General Administration which includes cashing up, banking and the analysis of back office reports etc;
  • Staff Management which includes staff motivation, training, performance management, operational management and the discipline of staff;
  • Oversee stock and store operations;
  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability;
  • Receiving of stock;
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance;
  • Stock control;
  • Dispatching stock;
  • To report all the major non-compliance material received to the relevant department and top management;
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store;
  • Manage 5/6 people.

Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure;
  • A team player, with good communication skills;
  • Two years retail management experience, essential;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude;
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent;
  • 2+ years’ store management experience;
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees;
  • Candidates must possess at least diploma/degree or equivalent;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Strong attention to details and always alert;
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays and follow mall hours schedule;
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English for dealing.
