Specialist, Pricing Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Specialist, Pricing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop systematic audit validation processes for ad-hock and operational data sources;
- Perform updating for monthly and periodic reporting;
- Design and develop recurring operational processes support to data analytics;
- Review and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements in data analysis processes;
- Primary tools include: Excel, Power BI, MS SQL, Alteryx, and other data analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to translate business requirements into business processes;
- Basic understanding of other data analysis and visualization tools a plus;
- High-level understanding of data model and database structures;
- Flexible and creative when developing data workflows;
- Experience analyzing data (ex: job experience or quantitative research projects);
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience;
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
- Flexible work hours to support meetings across international time zones;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including DAX;
- Strong data analysis skills with multiple disparate sources;
- 3 year’s work experience as a data analyst or in related field;
- Experience using MS Excel (pivots, macros, etc.) or a scripting language to analyze data.
