Content Strategist Writer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Content Strategist Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post engaging social media posts and content calendar;
- Develop guidelines for content strategy execution;
- Create compelling ad copies to be used on Paid Campaigns (AdWords and FB/IG Ads) and Landing Pages and/or Web pages;
- Minor community management for tactical campaigns e.g vetting of joiners of Like. Share page contest;
- Storyboarding for video marketing creative;
- Write SEO / Topic Blog article, Press Release, Case Studies;
- Align marketing content to business goals, priorities and strategic direction;
- Assist on report curation and be proactive in learning reader/audience insight to further better the content output;
- Develop a plan for managing content throughout its lifecycle;
- Determine models and processes for distributing content;
- Newsletter copy, SMS blasts or any form of broadcasting message via chats.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and also as a team player;
- English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin;
- Minimum of 3 years direct working experience in developing content;
- Strong experience with writing, editing and creating content for the social media space;
- Possess a Bachelor’s in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent;
- Motivated to understand customers’ business needs, industry.
