Administrative Receptionist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Administrative Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- CRM – ensuring tickets for operations, maintenance, cleaning and IT issues are attended to;
- Ensure common utilities and facilities in the building are in working order;
- Reception –switchboard duties, directing calls and taking messages as required, receiving visitors and deliveries and managing registers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous clerical, administrative or receptionist experience;
- Good typing skills with a high level of proficiency with general PC Applications (Microsoft);
- Grade 12;
- Candidate must possess a College Degree;
- Highly PC literate (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and CRM / billing systems);
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. certificate or diploma in office administration, business administration, hospitality etc.) favoured;
- Must be South African citizen with no bad credit and clear criminal record (will be checked);
- Candidate must have a good command of the English language;
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar client facing position;
- Must reside in or around Atlantis;
- Copies of supporting application documents and contactable references;
- With good communication skills and very pleasing personality;
- Matric Senior Certificate;
- Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred.
