Our company is looking for a Administrative Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM – ensuring tickets for operations, maintenance, cleaning and IT issues are attended to;
  • Ensure common utilities and facilities in the building are in working order;
  • Reception –switchboard duties, directing calls and taking messages as required, receiving visitors and deliveries and managing registers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous clerical, administrative or receptionist experience;
  • Good typing skills with a high level of proficiency with general PC Applications (Microsoft);
  • Grade 12;
  • Candidate must possess a College Degree;
  • Highly PC literate (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and CRM / billing systems);
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. certificate or diploma in office administration, business administration, hospitality etc.) favoured;
  • Must be South African citizen with no bad credit and clear criminal record (will be checked);
  • Candidate must have a good command of the English language;
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar client facing position;
  • Must reside in or around Atlantis;
  • Copies of supporting application documents and contactable references;
  • With good communication skills and very pleasing personality;
  • Matric Senior Certificate;
  • Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred.
