Our company is looking for a Executive, Client Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of company’s product offering and be able to advise clients accordingly;
  • Stay updated with company’s products and industry offerings;
  • Coordinate campaign with Sales and Trading department to ensure timely fulfillment of campaign and determine the best utilization of resources;
  • Create and maintain trackers to assist in providing campaign progress to client when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Can work with minimum supervision;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel;
  • Good interpersonal skills and can articulate well;
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree;
  • Good time-management skills;
  • Patience and able to handle pressure;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Creative thinking with active problem solving skills;
  • Willing to work in Quezon City and Ortigas sites;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be good to have;
  • Excellent communication skills (Filipino and English) both written and oral;
  • BPO or Call Center experience is a plus;
  • Fluent in English.
