Our company is looking for a Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the office budget;
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls;
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages;
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies;
  • Maintain records and files;
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper;
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments;
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service;
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or relevant qualification;
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability;
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Excellent level of English and ac-knowledgeable in all basic computer programs;
  • A minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficient in English (oral and written);
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Proven track record with customer satisfaction, people management and commercial results. Has extensive experience with top-quality customer service;
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position;
  • Problem-solving skills.
