Requirements:
- Experience working for a multinational Manufacturing organisation;
- In-depth knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSACT, Collective Agreements with Bargaining Councils and working in a unionized environment;
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- Data-Driven Analytics;
- Above average communication skills;
- Must be fluent in English;
