Management Trainee – Recruitment Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Management Trainee – Recruitment to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize all sourcing channels to deliver qualified candidates for various programs (agent-level);
- coordinate with Recruitment Partners and other vendors as needed; other ad hoc tasks as needed;
- Generate reports for assigned sourcing channel; attend off-site sourcing activities;
- Assess, plan, execute and maintain budget resources to produce strategies, tools and results;
- spearhead/execute new sourcing initiatives for employee and applicant referral programs;
- Audit daily footfall and track endorsements per source;
- Plan, implement and manage external staffing resources.
Requirements:
- Experience in Team, Performance and Project Management;
- Proficient knowledge of HR recruitment practices and principles. Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures;
- Preferably leaders specializing in Human Resource, Recruitment and Sourcing or equivalent;
- Relevant experience in end-to-end hiring;
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder, in any field;
- Responsible for implementing Corporate Strategies;
- Experienced in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT);
- Excellent communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening and written.
