Our company is looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking and submitting timesheets to 3 rd party timeously;
  • Compiling annual bonus;
  • Assist employees with wage queries;
  • Assists with the month-end processes such as preparation and reconciliation of government mandated deductions;
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly wage recon;
  • Reconcile staff loan ledger account;
  • Administering UIF documentation as required;
  • Compiling all relevant weekly reports for Production Meeting;
  • Maintaining and updating all permanent and contract employee personal files;
  • Encodes deductions, time and attendance data of non-confidential employees;
  • Ensuring all employees deductions are correctly recorded and the relevant deductions made;
  • Process employee terminations;
  • Importing and completing the weekly wage run;
  • Calculate and pay over third-party payments timeously and accurately;
  • Handles the maintenance and record keeping of all payroll documents and records in both orderly and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Payroll;
  • Must be amenable to work in Quezon City;
  • Must have above average communication skills;
  • Graduate of Accounting/Finance-related courses;
  • Willing to render overtime when necessary;
  • Four (4) years related work experience is an advantage;
  • Experience / Exposure in international/foreign Ex-Pat salary packages;
  • attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
  • Knowledge in payroll and timekeeping related policies;
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Amenable to work in mid-shift;
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines;
  • University degree in B.Com or equivalent;
  • Experience in payroll administration for a minimum of 5 years;
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Payroll or equivalent.
