Responsibilities:

  • Receives orders and processes Confirmation of Orders;
  • Ensures completed tender documents are submitted timeously, in the correct format and with the required supporting documents;
  • Prepares letter of offer, tender schedules and other documentation as specified and submits to senior management for review and approval;
  • Processes internal sales order for Central Administration and submits signed copies together with supporting documents;
  • Liaises with the factories, Sales and Central Administration departments with regards to machine availability, pricing and configuration;
  • Ensure sales enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately in order to maintain customer service satisfaction;
  • Ensures Compliance with legislative, regulatory and authority requirements;
