Our company is looking for a Timekeeping Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enrolls new employees in finger scan unit as basis for their attendance;
  • Handles onboarding orientation on timekeeping policies and practices;
  • Provides information to employees regarding discrepancies on their hours worked;
  • Receives, verifies and files all timekeeping related documents;
  • Leads timekeeping team that processes and reviews time and attendance of all regular and non-regular employees;
  • Prepares reports, statements and summaries related to timekeeping for payroll computation and reference;
  • Attends to queries regarding attendance, absences and overtime claim;
  • Processes and verifies overtime claim of employees.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is a must;
  • Strong sense of customer service;
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Programs (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Must have good data entry, mathematical reasoning, analytical and communication skills;
  • Must be amenable to work in Quezon City;
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year degree in Human Resources, IT or any other related course;
  • Willing to render overtime when necessary;
  • Must have experience managing people;
  • With at least 2 years’ work experience in timekeeping is required;
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in people management is required;
  • At least 4 years’ work experience in timekeeping is required.
