Our company is looking for a Creative Head to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals;
  • Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion;
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team;
  • Directing and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively;
  • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own;
  • Monitor the team results, efforts, and propose actions for the future;
  • Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements;
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development;
  • Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Highly-motivated and can work with minimum supervision;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills;
  • Creative and with demonstrated design skills;
  • Familiarity with Macintosh Computers is an advantage;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc;
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities;
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
