Our company is looking for a Financial Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial planning to help clients realize their current financial status;
  • Actively generate new clients and recruits;
  • Provide and recommend sound financial solutions to meet the clients’ needs and goals;
  • Guide clients to make sound decisions on choosing life insurance and investment plans;
  • Handle objections by clarifying and addressing client’s needs;
  • Prospect for potential new clients;
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers for business presentation;
  • Discuss the observations with the customer for necessary action;
  • Provide Financial Planning using accredited tools provided by Sun Life;
  • To acquire new clients through your own means or through our dynamic range of business development and sales activities;
  • Developing Power BI solutions and dashboards;
  • Execute Pre-Screening, Final Interview, Face to Face Interview for any prospective business partners;
  • Identify potential clients, thus those decision makers within the client organization;
  • Execution of financial process review and automation assignments;
  • To profile clients’ needs and provide them with purposeful financial consulting services.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Selling;
  • Deep understanding of the accounts till finalization;
  • Ability to adjust to various situations and perform under pressure;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, any field;
  • Attend mandatory team meetings every first 2 Saturday mornings of the month (9-12nn);
  • Loves working with people;
  • Bumiputras are highly encouraged to apply;
