About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista / Front of House Worker to join the dynamic team at Four Square Wainui Rd. This full-time role will see you working in a fast-paced cafe environment, serving high-quality coffee and Hot/Cold food to our customers. As part of our cafe and Lotto team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and light meals.

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area
Assisting with Lotto and Grocery sales

Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as and where needed

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years' experience as a Barista or Front of House worker in a café or similar hospitality environment

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Maintain deep knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles and flavors notes to guide customers

Handle cash register and POS system accurately

Support opening and closing duties as needed

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
