Junior School Receptionist Administrator Diocesan School for Girls location Auckland.

We are looking for a friendly and efficient part time Receptionist Administrator to join our Junior School team in this busy job share role. Working Wednesday, Thursday and every second Friday, 7.30am till 4.00pm. This role is School Term only and fixed term until the end of the academic year which is likely to be renewed.

As the first person of contact at our Junior School, you will provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all. This role has extensive contact with our students aged 3 through to 11 years old, along with visitors, staff and our wider School community. You will also be responsible for managing incoming telephone communications, as well general administrative tasks to support our school.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, is organised, and people-focused with good attention to detail and a flexible, can-do attitude. Proven computer skills , with the ability to hit the ground running and pick up new systems and processes quickly is beneficial.
