Over the past five years, we have enjoyed outstanding growth and are excited have recently expanded into a new office. To support our continued success we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / PA to join our team.

The Role

You will be a highly organised individual, with a flair for keeping others organised and the office running smoothly. You will be people oriented and enjoy meeting the needs of a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your background and experience may not be in office administration per se, but you must possess the following attributes:

Working alongside our Office Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting the team along with lending PA support to Senior Engineers within our team.

Key Aspects of the role:

Front line meet and greet
Personal Assistant & Secretarial Duties - coordinating travel, booking accomodation, diary management, taking minutes, preparing reports & formatting documents
Proficient with Xero Accounting Software to manage - accounts receivable / payable / gst / bank reconciliations
Business administration - facilities management, purchasing, supplier relationships, printing, digital filing and record keeping
Assisting with organising special events such as celebrations / project milestone and birthdays
Supporting Health and safety implementation and documentation
Overseeing quality reviews and audits
Assisting with new staff inductions
Supporting staff wellbeing program
Maintain general office tidiness and readiness for business
Managing external communications to social media
