We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume recruitment and human resources environment and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you for you!

This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, pre-screening, interviewing and sending offers of employment
Coordinating all HR and business aspects of onboarding for new starters, including HR inductions
Ensure Health, Safety and wellbeing programmes and initiatives are in place and complied with
Updating the HR information system, and managing employee files
Responsible for wellbeing initiatives within the business
Collaborating with the People and Performance Manager, and rest of the People and Performance team to implement innovative and inclusive people strategies

Requirements:

Previous HR and recruitment experience desirable
Exposure to best practice across all areas of HR
2+ years experience in administration roles or similar
Excellent skills in relationship building
Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach
Great organisational, administrational and time management skills
The ability to quickly identify problems or challenges (including demonstration of ability to identify the right problem) and suggest practical solutions to mitigate or remedy
