About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need in-depth understanding of an order process – from entering to completion, helping customers navigate access to a large portfolio of quality products.

Responsibilities include:

Answer customer telephone inquiries, take orders, respond to service needs and complaints.
Follow up on the status of purchase and sales orders for sales and support staff and monitor distribution of product for customers.
Maintain customer, supplier and product master files via Masterpack.
Process sales and inventory transactions (sales orders; pre-costings; stock transfers; credit notes)
Process shipping documentation.

This role is a Monday – Friday in-office role within a core team of 4, based in Penrose.

About You:

The role is highly administrative, and the right candidate will have a wide breadth of customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Outlook & Excel to be able to manage emails and enquiries from a variety of stakeholders.
A successful candidate will also have dealt with systems extensively and will be comfortable and excited learning new computer literacies.
