About Our Family:
We're a fun-loving family of four living in Island Bay. We have two fantastic boys: a 16-year-old who's into musical theatre, reading, and cooking, and a 13-year-old who loves football, mountain biking, and gaming. We also have a cuddly cat (Snowball) and a playful dog (Bonnie) who complete our crew!

About the Role:
We're searching for a superstar sidekick to join our family and become a positive influence and companion for our 16-year-old son. He's a bright, creative young man with Autism, ADD, APD, and some hearing loss. He's got a great sense of humor and loves sharing his passions, especially musical theatre!

Think you're a good fit? Here's what you'll do:

Be a fun and supportive companion, hanging out and engaging in his interests.
Assist with after-school activities and pick-ups.
Help whip up some afternoon snacks (bonus points for creativity!).
Occasionally lend a hand with light household tasks (focus is on the boys!).

We're looking for someone who:

Shares our love of fun and inclusion!
Enjoys spending time with teenagers.
Has an interest in drama, musical theatre, or reading (a plus, but not a must!).
Is patient, understanding, and empathetic.
Is reliable, organized, and has childcare experience (a bonus!).
Can commit to 3-4 days a week, with some flexibility for school holidays/weekends.
Ideally, a mature 1st-year student looking for a long-term role (think 2+ years!).
