Reception Administration Co-Ordinator. Required for the Wellington Region.

You will work as a trusted and integral team member, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, responsible for the day to day reception duties that keep the branch running, and using your administrative skills to ensure efficient delivery of reports, documentation, and forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Handling incoming calls and emails, dealing with and directing them as necessary

• Perform required duties in co-ordination with the National Operations Co-Ordinator as required

• Provide general reception support for the branch

• Work in an accurate and efficient manner in support of those around you

• Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, a familiarity of database management systems

• Proficiency in English as communication will be an integral part of your role.

• Organisational skills to help prioritise and manage ongoing workloads and deliver consistent results

• Must be adaptable and flexible to navigate unexpected situations and maintain standards

• Maintaining a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude is essential when representing an organization as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
