This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and is looking to develop their retail knowledge and technical skills, in a warm and friendly team environment.

The role of Fresh Foods Manager is a full-time role. Weekend work WILL be required, so please do not apply if you are unable to work on the weekends. The role is active and requires you to move throughout all Fresh Foods departments on a consistent basis. There are components of the role that require lifting (not exceeding 15kg).

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the Fresh Food departments are full and appealing throughout the hours of trade.
Ensure product range, quality and pricing/promotional mix is tailored to the season and our community's needs.
Work with the Department team leaders to optimize departments performances.
Ensure the departments are meeting food safety requirements.
Oversee the HR functions of the Fresh Food departments.
