Our company is looking for a HR – Reports Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build tools to bring our workforce insights to our HR leaders to drive actions from workforce data and insights;
  • Create and maintain completion trackers and project management trackers for HR initiatives;
  • Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics;
  • Support salary benchmarking process by gathering benchmark data and aligning to salary ranges;
  • Support HR team in conducting ad-hoc analysis for various business needs;
  • Support HR Business Partners in survey collection and analysis of exit / stay interview information and reviewing trends and retention strategies;
  • Support overall HR leadership team in driving initiatives, preparing analysis and developing executive level presentations;
  • Create and maintain HR database with real time data and report generating capability;
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units to ensure HR workforce data is accurately reflected;
  • Analyze location specific data and study current research to guide the talent management strategy;
  • Support the HR leadership team in researching and developing process improvements to automate and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with HR analytics/ reporting with a BPO Company is an advantage;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Google drive;
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig;
  • Open to working on graveyard shift;
  • Ability to work with multiple sources of data;
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of four years of experience with HR data/statistical analysis.
