Our company is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management of employees during trial period. Recurring Appreciation of Work Management;
- Establishing Policy, Procedure, Work flow and other documents of HR for the Branch;
- Manage the procedure of ending of contract of employees;
- Managing entry procedure of new employees. (Collect documents, register information, etc.) Manage employee’s absence, working hours, and leave;
- Managing employee’s internal & external training;
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures;
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters;
- Oversee recruitment activities and keep track of new hire requirements;
- Perform on-boarding requirements and employee database and company records as needed;
- Manage attendance and payroll;
- Resolve human relations problems and promote employee health and well-being;
- Recommend strategies for employee engagement and organizational development;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Requirements:
- Leadership skills;
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Devt;
- Can deal with people at all levels;
- To be assigned in Cavite;
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology or Human Resource Management;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Generalist function;
- people skills;
- Experience in the pharma industry is an advantage;
- Knowledgeable with HRIS Oracle System;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Can work in a fast-paced environment;
- Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, or any equivalent course;
- Talent Acquisition.
