Job Description

Our research team plays an integral role in ensuring our customers' voice is heard and weaved into our decision-making. Reporting into the Research Chapter Lead you will be joining our Research chapter that sits within our Insights, Data & Services Chapter area.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your insights craft further and ultimately help empower the business to make customer-centric decisions.

Key aspects of the Chapter Member role will include:

Participating in squad ceremonies (stand ups, sprint reviews and retros)
Contributing to squad developments and learnings by reviewing performance after each sprint
Designing and managing end-to-end research solutions to support key strategic initiatives
Translating business needs and customer problems into research solutions – developing and executing research programs of work to meet customer needs, influencing positive customer and commercial outcomes
Collating data from multiple data sources to tell one coherent story, with a clear call to action for the business
Identifying trends and future needs that will shape our market and business opportunities
Supporting business understanding of stakeholder (employee/shopper) satisfaction to enable deliver business growth
Supporting a program of experimentation and test and learn to solve customer problems and validate thinking
Work with key stakeholders to develop and deploy frameworks that help us to understand the key ‘Jobs To Do’ across all areas of our business, helping to prioritise activities that drive incremental growth and stakeholder satisfaction
Supporting our Voice of Customer programme
Helping manage and grow our customer panel
Managing relationships with external agency partners to deliver insights programmes (e.g. brand tracking programme, online communities)

Qualifications

We are looking for a high-energy individual who wants to take this role and own it! We love initiative and a thirst to learn. Your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels and your comfort to work at pace will sum up success in the role.   

To be considered for this role you must meet the following minimum requirements:  

Minimum 3 years Research experience (within a large Company)
Experience with Voice of Customer Programmes – essential
A blend of Quant and Qual research experience is critical
Skilled in survey design through to data extraction, analysis and presenting findings
Experience in the following data analysis tools: Qualtrics, SPSS
