IT Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Development and Planning and where necessary execution of IT Projects Server and OS;
 - Upgrades, Software Modifications and Installations;
 - Production environment Support and Automation, for their respective support teams (Technical and Development);
 - Act as a primary contact person for the co-ordination of Installations, upgrades;
 - Ensure security of network is up to standard;
 - Documenting network environment and keep Asset register up to date;
 - Administer servers, network resources and User devices;
 - Support all incidence and problem management when necessary;
 - Operationally manage, monitor, alert and escalate for a number of diverse platforms which include Servers, Personal Computers, Networks;
 - Provide the day-to-day onsite and remote administrative support for software users in a variety of work environments nationally;
 - Monitor accuracy, completeness and timelines of information;
 - Stable IT Environment Monitoring and maintaining the IT environment to ensure its availability to system users;
 - Administering all aspects of IT within the company;
 - Configure and maintain network devices when necessary.
 
Requirements:
- Microsoft Azure;
 - Crystal report;
 - CompTIA A+/Network;
 - Understanding of the accounting business process;
 - Basic T SQL;
 - Results-oriented;
 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent;
 - Knowledge in LAN and WAN technologies;
 - Must be Proficient in Windows operating system;
 - Microsoft Certification is a plus;
 - Willing to work on shifting schedule;
 - Familiarity in Ubuntu Linux Operating System is a plus;
 - Must be Knowledgeable in Active Directory;
 - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation;
 - At least 3 years Infrastructure Experience.
